SDJB_Base

SDJB_BaseMV = Only for MV version for my plugins
SDJB_BaseMVZ = for MV & MZ users (mini version)
(zip contains SDJB_Base) to keep it cleaner and safer)

SDJB_BaseMVZ might be removed, to keep all in 1 base,
this will get the check for MV users if not working in MZ.
so it wouldn't crash either.

The mini version of the base has it's main core code that is used
among my others plugins if it requires parameters to set up.

You may test the MV version inside MZ and see which function
works and report that back as some of my plugins might work 
for both version if confirmed.
