SDJB_DynamicEnemyRespawn

Create on map enemy events, and set a note tag + scriptcall
to have a chance to respawn, evolve or remove permantly.

this makes map encounters more dynamic to come back or not.
or come stronger when encountering them.

all you need is 1 page instead of multiple.

Each tier can have its own event graphic when it comes back.

Future feature is adding label on the event.
